Dear eBay member,I am contacting you again regarding the four stones which you indicate on the sent area of eBay as having been shipped on 1/24/10, this does not agree with one of your emails which said you sent them later in Feb.9, because it was a confusion since I purchased several parcels from you. If the original date you listed on the eBay sent area is 1/24/10 that is now over a month, and I am confused why you indicated they were sent then, and then said they were sent on 2/9. I have tried to track with the number you sent and Thailand Post does not recognize this number. Please advise, resend the full tracking number. I know you suggest I be patient, but this is really a long time. Your product is very nice, but this is frustrating, and I really would like to conclude the transaction. I dislike filing claims, and really would appreciate you tracking from your end. Thanks, Sarah Henrich.
