I use 64bit Ubuntu 9.10 and Cinelerra CV 2.1. My camera is Canon Legria
HF S100e (AVCHD). I use this script for Cinelerra.

Ffmpeg is from SVN.

Works great for me. All my Vimeo stuff is made this way
(MTS>hdffxvrt>Cinelerra>Ogg>Vimeo).
