Further to my previous posting:
I forced a core dump on cinelerra, and following the back trace on the stack it
seems that the hanging is related to the call to "Thread::join()" in
BC_Clipboard::stop_clipboard at bcclipboard.C:64
I have, for the moment, commented out this line, and recompiled. Everything
seems to be working fine now - no more hanging!
