Is there any keyboard shortcut to toggle between cut-and-past editing to/from drag-and-drop editing?

It's just that I've realized (after some years of use) that this is probably the intarface funcion I lose most time with while editing in general and I don't remeber reading about a feature like this... I also thought if it could be a shift+key or ctrl+key shortcut I'm not aware of.
